I continue writing about designers from where I left off in Womens Wedge Shoes – Part II. As is the case with so many of the ladies, I have often fallen prey to the cute shoe salesmen who offer equally cute shoes and boots but are often of inferior quality. I have far too often, being a shoe-aholic, bought those adorable little shoe numbers that I have quickly lived to regret when I stand on a street, all dressed to the nines, with my heel in my hand.
Now, I have learnt my shoe buying lesson and try to stick with tried and true designers who offer quality women’s footwear. For example my Dolce & Gabbana wedge pumps have lasted nearly 5 years, and although they cost $500, in the end they have saved me the headache of having to buy 3 or 4 other pairs of pumps. They are chic and elegant and never go out of style.
This is the reason I have created a list the top quality shoe designers and tell a little about who they are and what they make.
Since 2009 has seen a rise in the popularity of wedge sandals, wedge shoes and wedge boots I hope this list will help you to buy some wedge shoes that will last. Here is Part III – Women’s Wedge Shoes -from Chloe to Dolce & Gabbana:
